East Arkansas is a CHC based in West Memphis with multiple locations in eastern Arkansas. MAT is offered at the West Memphis clinic.

How does one go about making an appointment? Is telehealth available?

 

Call (870) 735-3842 and schedule an appointment. Telehealth services are an option, but first visit would need to be in person. Visit type thereafter would be at the discretion of the provider based on appropriateness of telehealth for visit purpose.

What does MAT involve?

 

The treating provider to give specifics of program at time of appointment.

 

What addictions does your MAT program treat?

 

Adults age 18 and over. Opioid use.

What costs are involved? Any assistance offered?


The cost of visit, labs, and medication. Sliding fee scale available for visit costs.

What medications are used?


Suboxone.

Do you offer social support services, such as help with food, housing, and transportation?


Yes. Partners include Hope House, Families in Transition, and the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Free transportation.

Anything else about your program?


We have integrated behavior health program to provide counseling as well.
